Payment Schedule: First Installment 50% for space of Exhibition with Application Form. Balance 50% Installment for rented space to be paid before 15 Sept 2024.

Electricity: Organizer will provide basic electric connection. Exhibitors would be charged for extra power connections and lights for demonstration of machinery and equipments. The organizer will provide electricity at a suitable point in the stand. Internal connections to the installed machinery / equipment will be arranged by the Exhibitor.

Submission of requirements : All exhibitors are requested to submit their requirements i.e. power connections, furniture etc. before 20th Sept 2023.

Sale of Exhibits : Direct Sales are not allowed during the event. Removal of any exhibits during the event is strictly prohibited.

Stall Build-up Instructions : Exhibitors would not allowed to fabricate their own stalls, products would be displayed in allotted octanoram stalls only.

Possession of Space:

• All outdoor stalls exhibitors may bring all their exhibits at event venue from 10:00 am, dt. 24 Sept 2024.
• Exhibitors who want to display heavy machineries like CNC etc in Indoor Area are requested to put their machineries by 1 pm, 24th September 2024 ie before two days at allotted stall.
• All Indoor Stall exhibitors may bring all their exhibits at event venue from 12 O'clock, dt. 25 Sept 2024.
• No entry of goods will be allowed after 6:00 pm, dt. 25 Sept 2024.
• For Indoor Middle stalls two sides will have to keep open by the exhibitors.

Removal of Exhibits: All material of exhibits to be removed by 2:00 pm on dt. 30 Sept 2024 by exhibitors through approved gate pass from organizer.

Damages of Event Venue: All exhibitors are liable to pay if during installation, exhibition and dismantling the stall of their stall if any property / building gets damaged or spoiled.

Cancellation: Cancellation of stall booking would be accepted for space before 01 Aug 2024 with refund of 50% of total rented amount. After 15 Aug 2024, cancellation would not be accepted and no refund will be made.

Insurance & Medical: Organizer would only insure for rented space and basic amenities.

Photography: The organizer retain the right to photograph any exhibits.

Settlement of Dues: Any expenses chargeable to the Exhibitors must be settled before the closure of the event for smooth removal of goods from the venue.

Force Majeure: If the exhibition is cancelled, postponed or suspended in whole or any part by reason of emergencies like naturel calamity (earthquake, cyclone, twister, storm, heavy rain),war, national emergency, labour dispute, unavailability of exhibition venue or any other cause which is not in control of organizer. Organizer shall not be under obligation to repay amount deposited by exhibitors thereof and shall be under no liability in respect of any claims or losses.

Dispute Resolution : Through Arbitration or Subject to Udaipur jurisdiction only.
